Founded in 2000 by Romulo A. Aying, Password Security Agency, Inc. is an outcome of hard work, intrepidity and keen determination. Stretching back into the early 80’s, the founder boldly endeavored into downright trying times, persevered and herewith gained far-reaching experience which enabled to take into it’s fold assortments of clientele such as Calyx Centre, Innoland, CEBU ENERGY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, CEBECO I, CEBECO II (CEBU ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., LEYTE IV ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. LEYTE V ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
